Thank you for scheduling your next appointment! Current and returning patients are able to schedule online using the form below.

New patients: Please call 585-880-3799 to schedule your first appointment. Because of the length of your initial visit, we ask that you give us a call instead of using our online form. We’re currently scheduling first-time patients approximately one month out but will be happy to put your name on our waiting list if an earlier spot opens up.

Returning patients: Please allow approximately one hour for your return visit. If you don’t see an available time you want, please call our office, as cold and flu season means we occasionally have last-minute openings. Please note that you should receive a confirmation email once your appointment is successfully scheduled.
