Your Winter Cold (Fighting) Toolkit

I don’t need to tell you that it’s COLD out there. (I’ve certainly been talking about it enough!) And I probably don’t need to tell you that along with that external cold comes the other kind of cold. But I’m guessing that, with all of our COVID-19 concerns, worrying about the common cold has taken a backseat this year. And that’s OK—we all have a lot in our heads right now! But let’s make sure sniffles, congestion, aches and pains aren’t there, too. 

The truth is, we can’t completely block out the common cold, but with this little cold-fighting toolkit, we can certainly set you up for a healthier winter. Hang in there, friends. Wear a mask, wash your hands, do your best to social distance, and take some self-care time to make your chilly season a little cozier.
